Job Summary
Lead 3rd shift manufacturing operations as Production Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, service, and efficiency while engaging and developing the shift crew. Responsible for daily work scheduling, training, time/absence reporting, attendance, overtime, and payroll reporting; collaborate with site support teams (EHS, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Production Planning) to meet production schedules and implement improvements; drive process improvements using Practical Process Improvement (PPI), Lean, and other methodologies while maintaining GMP and ISO compliance; provide supervision to production and warehouse hourly employees and support cross-functional teams to meet daily customer deliveries. The role requires HS Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), 2 years manufacturing experience, and 1 year supervisory experience; prior experience in cGMP/ISO 13485 environments and Six Sigma/Lean training is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: HS Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with cross-functional teams (EHS, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Production Planning)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in medical/pharma/food manufacturing (cGMP, ISO 13485) is a plus
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or other CI methodologies is a plus
- Experience handling hazardous materials
- Ability to drive change and lead teams
