Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Interface with team members daily to act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient, orderly workflow. Ensure on-time delivery by managing the flow of materials/parts, controlling inventory, and coordinating workloads and department schedules. Adhere to product and customer specifications while supervising assigned employees, conveying management expectations, and overseeing scheduling, training, and motivation. Make recommendations to management on behalf of the team. This 3rd shift role requires flexibility to cover other shifts, weekends, and all three shifts.
