Job Summary
Interface with team members daily to act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient, orderly workflow. Ensure on-time delivery through management of material flow, parts inventory, and workload coordination. Coordinate department schedules while supervising assigned employees, conveying management expectations, and directing training and motivation. Make recommendations to management on behalf of staff. This role covers the 3rd shift with flexibility for all three shifts and weekends. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing experience and two years of supervisory experience, with a preferred background in milling, precision machining, or powdered metals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Must be available for all 3 shifts plus weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in a technical field of studies
- HS Diploma/GED with experience
- Two years of Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Powdered Metals manufacturing or Machining background
