Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Plan and assign work while implementing policies and procedures to ensure the manufacturing process remains safe, smooth, and efficient. Organize workflows and monitor employees in collaboration with the Production Manager, leading, directing, and training teams to achieve high levels of retention. Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale by confirming compliance with professional standards and maintaining accurate scrap and inventory data. Record daily KPIs, summarize reports at shift end, and resolve employee issues through coaching and real-time performance feedback. Engage with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments and submit detailed maintenance requests as needed.
