Job Summary
Production Supervisor overseeing the 3rd shift in a food-manufacturing environment, responsible for safety, quality, and productivity metrics. Provides direction to hourly production associates in safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service, and maintenance; manages performance, training, and policy enforcement; ensures Food Safety and USDA standards are met; drives continuous improvement and strong team development to meet customer expectations for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of related experience in a production environment
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree (not required)
