Job Summary
Supervise production operations on the 3rd shift, overseeing workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, and packaging. Coordinate workflow to meet schedules and quality goals, monitor inventory levels, and staff appropriately. Provide training and guidance to new employees; notify maintenance/engineering for equipment needs. Enforce 5S standards and safety, environmental, and quality policies; maintain accurate documentation. Lead a team, applying decision-making, project management, planning, and strong verbal/written communication to drive efficient, safe production and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 5 or more years of experience
