Production Supervisor (3rd shift)

Job Summary
Provide a healthy and safe work environment for all production personnel by leading, developing, and motivating operations staff during the 3rd shift. Drive daily Gemba activities to identify areas for improvement and revise standards, processes, and workflows to increase productivity. Implement and monitor crucial manufacturing metrics while ensuring conformance to Brooks Quality system requirements and ITW toolbox practices. Facilitate communication between shifts, maintain production schedules based on customer deliveries, and coach talent to continuously improve systems. Work 11:00pm to 7:30am Sunday through Thursday to support overall team production goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related supervisory experience in a production setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must be available for 3rd shift hours: 11:00pm - 7:3am Sunday through Thursday
- Must be based at the company headquarters in Hatfield, Pennsylvania
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
