Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift Hilbert

Job Summary
Monitor employee and equipment practices to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality policies. Investigate corrective action requests, near misses, and property damage incidents while recommending improvements. Direct the setup and adjustment of equipment, interpret work orders, and assign duties to support production schedules. Foster Sargento culture by creating open dialogue, documenting discipline, and delivering monthly department meetings. Analyze production reports, review training programs, and troubleshoot material issues using technical systems like SAP. Supervise up to 15 Process Technicians and 50 employees, including sanitation staff and support positions. Lead or participate in project teams, cost reduction initiatives, and customer audits. Work the 3rd shift (9:00pm-6:00am) Monday through Friday, with weekends based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Minimum of 1 year experience in operations, production supervision, sanitation, quality, maintenance or related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, quality or related field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend work
- Ability to accept a temporary reassignment to a different shift
