Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Coordinate and control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost, quality, and schedule targets while monitoring day-to-day line production. Train and manage production employees, oversee daily workflow and assignments, and provide timely performance evaluations. Prepare work schedules for efficient operations, troubleshoot issues, and notify maintenance of equipment problems. Ensure products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly while enforcing safety regulations and completing required paperwork. Maintain knowledge of processes and machinery to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Work the 3rd shift from Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to traverse the production facility
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
- 3rd Shift - Friday - Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM availability
