Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift

Direct shift production operations by checking formulas, assigning work tasks, and monitoring procedures to ensure adherence to standards. Supervise production technicians and outsourced labor through equipment safety training, continuous quality inspections, and facility maintenance. Plan and adjust personnel assignments to cover all production phases while enforcing safety policies and disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain work area cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies including EEO, safety, and Sarbanes Oxley regulations.
