Job Summary
Maintain efficient flow of raw materials and finished products while overseeing equipment used to process these items. Effectively manage all breakdowns by coordinating with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs. Lead continuous improvement efforts and achieve individual and department targets. Observe all safety rules, conduct regular safety meetings with staff, and assist in investigating accidents.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a supervisory/management capacity
- 2-3 years of prior work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school certificate or Associates Degree
- Labor relations background and experience with leadership & training
- Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols
