Job Summary
Lead team members to execute daily production plans that meet quality, productivity, and cost standards while identifying operational bottlenecks and leading structured problem-solving efforts to resolve them. Monitor production performance to ensure established standards are maintained and support employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Drive execution and sustainment of standard work to achieve daily direction-setting results, ensuring adherence to plant rules, regulations, and safety programs. Participate in the development of daily plans and lead shift handoff meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment between shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to walk around the facility
- Must be able to climb stairs/ladders
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size
- Must be available for 3rd shift
- Must be willing to relocate
