Job Summary
Oversee the Troy, OH third-shift manufacturing department, ensuring a safe work environment, proper safety training, and compliant use of PPE. Lead line efficiency improvements, maintain production schedules, ensure product quality and timely delivery, and administer policies. Drive monthly continuous improvement projects, mentor and develop staff, manage vacation scheduling and timekeeping, and conduct department meetings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years manufacturing experience, 3-5 years supervisory experience, and strong skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams, with proven problem-solving and team-leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years experience as supervisor or manager
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams skills
- Experience with participating or leading continuous improvement projects
- Ability to come in early, stay late or work on the weekends when needed
