Job Summary
Production Supervisor on 3rd shift leads the manufacturing team to meet customer orders, plans material flow, assigns labor, and schedules equipment use using LEAN principles. Responsible for coaching and developing staff, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency, maintaining production records, coordinating with maintenance, planning, quality control, accounting, HR and R&D, and driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Production Management or related field preferred
- 3 years production experience in a production environment desirable
- Practical experience with LEAN manufacturing principles
