Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Direct and monitor production personnel activities while managing resources for packaging solution manufacturing. Lead by championing safety and compliance cultures, drive value creation through morale improvement and continuous enhancement of safety, quality, and financial results. Focus on customer specifications and deliver timely production. Manage the employee performance cycle, including interviewing candidates, training, coaching, and recommending promotions. Serve as a technical process expert in production, planning, scheduling, preventative maintenance, and budgetary matters. Perform administrative duties such as documenting performance results and training progress. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required.
