Job Summary
Lead shift activities for assigned department crews, ensuring a safe working environment through formal inspections, audits, and crew meetings. Drive results in EHS, quality, and productivity by conducting incident investigations, performing root cause analysis, and organizing changeovers to minimize downtime. Provide direct supervision and development to hourly employees while monitoring daily production rates, yields, and quality to meet specific requirements. Allocate work assignments, regulate production processes, and lead Kaizen continuous improvement sessions to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with global teams to implement Lean Management systems and cost reduction programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) combined years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- One (1) year supervisory and/or management experience
- One (1) year of experience troubleshooting and problem solving in a manufacturing environment
- One (1) year experience participating in Green Belt projects and/or have a Green Belt certification
