Job Summary
Production Supervisor for 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) responsible for leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensures GMP and SOP adherence, safety compliance, and quality of product through supervision of manufacturing processes, workflow coordination, and cost-reduction initiatives. Develops and mentors staff, handles hiring and training, and drives continuous improvement to meet production goals. Requires 1-year certificate (college/technical school) and 1–2 years’ related experience; ability to read technical documents, write routine reports, and effectively communicate with teams. On-site role in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- 1–2 years’ related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
