Production Supervisor (3 Turnos)

Job Summary
Lead a production line team to meet defined volumes and production schedules in a 3-shift, onsite operation in San Luis Potosi. Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable), identify and implement equipment/facility improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and target inventory service levels while coordinating resource allocation and work with ERP SAP to support demand plans. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, at least 5 years of Production Supervisor experience, and strong English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree - Industrial Engineer or Similar
- 5+ yrs experience as Production Supervisor
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt Desirable)
- Experience on Manufacturing per project (desirable)
- Understanding of ERP SAP
- Advanced English
