Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Wilkesboro, NC

Production Supervisor leads and coordinates 2nd shift operations at the Wilkesboro, NC plant to maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Responsibilities include checking daily production orders, ensuring all positions are staffed before line start, overseeing team member exercises and rotation for ergonomics, monitoring machinery performance, promoting daily safety through meetings, ensuring proper product coding and accurate shipments/inventory rotation, communicating benefits and compensation policies, and providing coaching to build a high-performing team. Requires strong communication, supervisory, and problem-solving skills; background in poultry manufacturing and SAP experience preferred; travel minimal; background checks may apply.
