Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for managing all aspects of 2nd shift production operations at the West Debone plant, coordinating production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, shipping and receiving, monitoring department performance against objectives, driving cost reductions, ensuring USDA standards and safety compliance, and directing supervisors toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the poultry/food industry
- at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- good leadership skills
- ability to interact with operational and processing management
- critical thinking skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to organize and prioritize work
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
