Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the production operations of the poultry processing plant on the 2nd shift (West Debone). Manage production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, shipping and receiving to meet efficiency, yield, and quality goals. Set shift objectives, monitor performance, drive cost reductions, ensure USDA sanitation standards, and align staff to achieve safety and quality objectives. Guide supervisors, foster teamwork, train and develop subordinates, and ensure proper utilization of human resources while enforcing company policies and compliance with USDA and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in poultry/food industry required with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
