Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Weekend

Lead a large production team to meet production schedules and achieve quality standards on the 2nd shift and weekends at the Memphis, TN facility. Provide strong people leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight while driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring technical assemblers; coaching on interviewing practices; developing training curricula; performance management and disciplined coaching; driving continuous improvement in operational metrics; coordinating activities of large teams, line moves, and production builds; scheduling vendors for installation, repairs, and upgrades; ensuring efficient work instructions and procedures; and maintaining safety and compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; strong knowledge of process optimization, SPC, DFM/DFT, DOE, line balancing, maintenance planning, and cross-disciplinary engineering concepts; excellent leadership and communication skills.
