Production Supervisor 2nd Shift - Warren

Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift at Avancez Assembly in Warren, MI. Lead and develop Team Leaders, coach and guide team members to achieve goals, and provide support to the Operations Manager and related support groups (materials, QSG, IT). Maintain payroll accuracy via Timekeeping, ensure effective communication with the Operations Manager and other lead managers, and drive accountability for housekeeping, safety rules, and quality improvements. Responsible for following processes (corrective actions, incident investigations, FIFO, Min/Max) and applying problem-solving analyses to develop irreversible corrective actions. Foster a positive morale across teams, prioritize safety, and be capable of rapid-paced, proactive leadership with strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Flexibility to cover vacations or overtime and to lead in a fast-changing manufacturing environment.
