Job Summary
Oversees daily operations in a manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Supervises production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, maintains production schedules, trains and mentors staff, coordinates with maintenance to minimize downtime, and reviews batch records for accuracy. Focuses on process improvements for efficiency and safety, and ensures SOPs and cGMP compliance. Also handles timesheets, vacation approvals, and overtime as needed, while assigning staff to roles based on abilities and skills.
