Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Oversee the 2nd shift production process for manufacturing paint and related products. Responsibilities include ensuring schedule adherence, maintaining quality standards, providing direction to Production associates, adhering to company and regulatory policies, performing inspections, and training associates on new procedures. Requires strong supervisory skills with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical/paint. Must possess good communication and computer skills, with knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven change agent with demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Ability to train and coordinate teams for productivity, quality, and safety
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and Lean Manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- BS in an Engineering or Business discipline
- SAP experience
