Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities include supervising production activities, promoting a safety-first culture, coaching and training hourly team members, prioritizing work to match production schedules, monitoring machines and coordinating repairs, ensuring proper training in job functions and safety practices, participating in recruiting and onboarding new employees, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and team performance. Candidates should bring leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and technical documents; prior supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing is preferred, with knowledge of foundry operations and equipment considered a plus.
