Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Conduct daily floor inspections to identify unsafe conditions and lead safety audits ensuring HACCP and USDA compliance. Enforce food safety plans, train employees on operating procedures, and direct hourly staff to meet production targets and quality standards. Track yields, analyze variances, and lead monthly line meetings to improve workflows, minimize downtime, and reduce costs. Perform routine equipment maintenance and setup while walking the production floor daily to maintain peak performance. This role requires a 2nd shift schedule with up to 5% travel, offering a salary range of $55,000 - $82,500.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Solid analytical and math abilities
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Capable of working in varying conditions (heat and cold)
- Willing to work long hours and weekends when needed
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
