Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Conduct daily floor inspections to identify unsafe conditions, lead safety audits, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations. Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances to minimize downtime and reduce costs while guiding hourly employees toward meeting targets. Enforce food safety plans, train staff on operating procedures including lock-out/tag-out, and lead monthly line meetings to maintain alignment on quality and production goals. Perform routine maintenance and setup of equipment to keep operations at peak performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with two years of relevant experience, including leadership and training capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Solid analytical and math abilities
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Capable of working in varying conditions (heat and cold)
- Willing to work long hours and weekends when needed
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
