Job Summary
Lead 2nd-shift production operations at the Lebanon, IN plant, overseeing production execution, scheduling, safety and GMP/FSMA compliance. Drive continuous improvement, manage and coach the production team, ensure quality and regulatory adherence, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet targets. Requires hands-on plant experience, leadership capabilities, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset. On-site role with Monday–Friday schedule (2nd shift: 3:00PM–11:30PM).
