Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Direct daily job scheduling and lead hourly staff to execute production plans efficiently and on time. Interpret work orders, drawings, and materials lists while collaborating with operations, logistics, and project management to ensure alignment. Set clear expectations, track estimated versus actual hours, manage productivity, and enforce safety standards to meet OSHA regulations. Oversee inventory, material flow, and ERP accuracy to facilitate timely moves between work centers. Identify process improvements, support LEAN and 6S initiatives, and lead efforts to improve efficiency and delivery. Train, coach, and cross-train staff; provide regular feedback, motivation, and corrective action as needed. Remain visible and engaged on the floor to support staff, answer questions, and monitor job progress. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate key updates on performance, quality, and safety.
