Job Summary
The Production Supervisor on 2nd shift oversees the daily production workflow, supervises the production team, plans inventory to meet customer orders, ensures GMPs, safety, and quality procedures, trains staff on procedures, collects production data and analyzes variances, maintains OSHA standards, manages labor scheduling and attendance, communicates labor needs, promotes safety, and coaches employees toward future leadership. The role requires strong leadership, GMP/quality experience, Lean 6-Sigma tools, ERP system proficiency, and excellent communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
