Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet schedules while establishing priorities and optimizing resource utilization. Ensure team safety through training and adherence to the safety program, enforce quality certifications, and analyze operational reports to determine causes of nonconformance. Direct manufacturing operations with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and quality control to achieve optimum output. Review correspondence and respond to requests timely, while performing personnel tasks including timecard approvals, performance reviews, and training. Maintain knowledge of supervisory responsibilities per company policies and laws. 2nd Shift Hours: 4:30pm - 1:00am, Monday - Friday. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with five years in manufacturing preferred.

- Previous supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Organizational skills
- 20/20 vision or corrected vision to 20/20 vision
