Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the Converting production area by planning schedules, allocating work assignments, and regulating processes to meet daily production requirements. Provide direct supervision to employees, conduct performance reviews, and coach team members to boost engagement and productivity. Ensure a safe working environment through formal inspections, safety meetings, and adherence to Pregis safety guidelines while driving improvements to plant safety programs and housekeeping standards. Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing process scrap and enhancing operating workflows. Serve as the communication conduit between employees, management, and departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in plant operations
- 2+ years of management
