Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Lead, coach, and develop Production Technicians to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals while overseeing daily operations in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe, organized production environment by managing staffing, scheduling, work assignments, and employee performance, including monitoring attendance and handling corrective actions. Review production documentation and batch records for audit readiness, troubleshoot floor issues to minimize downtime, and partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements. Ensure accurate ERP transactions and support training on system processes while monitoring departmental metrics and budgets. Maintain an active floor presence to drive operational efficiencies and serve as a resource for serialization and aggregation activities. Work alongside collaborative leaders in a growing healthcare manufacturing company focused on patient safety and continuous improvement.
