Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor on 2nd shift overseeing hourly manufacturing teams to meet production schedules and maintain high product quality. Responsibilities include guiding and training staff on HACCP/SSOP, GMP, and safety requirements; managing yields, inventory, and Production Batch Orders; monitoring attendance and timekeeping via HRIS; coordinating startups/shutdowns and changeovers; establishing staffing levels; conducting shift meetings to review safety and performance; ensuring policy compliance and quality audits; reducing customer complaints and improving first-pass quality. Must be 18+, with associate degree preferred and at least two years of leadership experience; strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are required.
