Job Summary
Monitor output levels and shift duty assignments to complete daily and weekly production goals in the new manufacturing facility. Plan and organize manufacturing, engineering, and labor functions to produce and deliver products on time while maintaining strict SQDC priorities. Supervise staff, train employees, and assign daily duties to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met. Inspect work areas, resolve production issues, and coordinate with plant leadership to maintain on-time schedules. Maintain a clean, safe working environment by enforcing housekeeping standards and safety policies. Participate in physical inventories, safety investigations, and assist with platform production as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience in production manufacturing supervision
- Current Forklift certification training
- Strong analytical ability skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make proper decisions
- Ability to supervise fill line operators, material handlers, and temporary labor as required
- Ability to lift materials and supplies over 50 lbs
- Ability to perform basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to bend, twist and climb
