Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Machining

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Precision Machining Operation to ensure production objectives are safely achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Allocate resources in an agile environment to meet current demand, acting as a liaison between managerial objectives and floor labor management while supporting visibility through daily production reporting. Coordinate employee allocation to machine centers based on customer demand, develop staffing plans for a flexible workforce, and implement process improvements impacting the business. Ensure safety policies are met, manage performance appraisals, and report relevant KPIs to senior leadership. This 2nd shift role requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of leadership experience in regulated manufacturing.
