Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Oversee production operations to ensure they meet customer requirements and quality standards while maintaining safety protocols and improving operational efficiency. Supervise production staff, analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement, and coordinate resources to support production needs. Provide training to ensure knowledge transfer of production processes and procedures including in-process and final quality controls. Direct, maintain, and enforce safety and quality programs for the production facility, while monitoring plant equipment and systems to minimize non-conforming parts. Evaluate root causes and implement corrective actions when metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, or Cost are not met. Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations.
