Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift), you will manage production performance, personnel issues, and uphold Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in an automotive parts manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for improving key performance indicators, managing shift operations, enforcing company policies, and executing corrective action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of Production experience
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferably in automotive
- Proficient level of English
