Job Summary
Lead and develop production teams on the 2nd shift in ITW Welding’s Miller/Mfg. environment, directing production employees, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to achieve safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals. Drive manufacturing improvements through coaching, team development, and adherence to ITW culture and 80/20 initiatives; collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize area layout and equipment, promote an engaged, safe workplace, and provide reporting on critical metrics. Maintain strong cross-functional communication with support staff, HR, customers, and suppliers while developing line leaders and resolving conflicts to meet manufacturing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related
