Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) leads continuous improvement initiatives and oversees manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance. Responsibilities include solving manufacturing problems, surveillance of operations, training and mentoring staff, preparing management reports, developing short- and long-term plans with the Management Team, and participating in recruitment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial management, Engineering, or Business Administration; 5-10 years of supervisory/managerial experience in Machining and/or Polymer Molding; CNC machining experience is advantageous. Emphasizes teamwork, staff development, and adherence to work rules and policies; GD&T and shop math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. Location: Delray Beach, FL (US) with on-site responsibilities.
