Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate work for 25 second-shift production personnel to meet daily and weekly production goals while ensuring adherence to safety policies and promoting a safety-first culture. Monitor production processes to achieve quality standards, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance, manage staffing levels and schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and logistics. Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, and downtime, and address employee concerns to maintain a positive environment. This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $85,000 – $95,000 with comprehensive benefits beginning on the first day of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business or other related field
- 2+ years of Production Supervisor leadership experience in manufacturing
- Continuous improvement and root cause analysis experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
