Job Summary
Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and lead daily operations for your area, including team performance, safety, and 5S+ standards. Train, coach, and develop operators while fostering strong employee relations and ensuring fair application of labor agreements. Track attendance and performance records, quickly identify equipment issues, and manage staffing needs including overtime scheduling to meet production goals. Facilitate daily team huddles focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory, driving accountability for production targets and partnering cross-functionally to improve processes. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm with an annual salary range of $71,000 to $105,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Associate Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing/operations experience
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- SAP experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
