Job Summary
Oversee safety, production efficiency, and employee development on the 2nd shift in Troy, OH. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment with proper safety training and PPE usage, enforcing job rotation and housekeeping, leading accident/incident investigations, tracking and improving line efficiencies, ensuring product quality and timely production schedules, administering policies, conducting disciplinary actions when needed, leading continuous improvement projects, and training/mentoring staff. Requires strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams skills, excellent verbal and written communication, experience with CI projects, and ability to work extended hours. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus manufacturing and supervisory/managerial experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus education
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience plus a minimum of 3 - 5 years previous experience as a supervisor or manager
