Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Oversee production operations on the 2nd shift at the Anniston, AL facility, coordinating and producing orders while maintaining staffing, safety, and quality. Implement lean principles, ensure adherence to quality system procedures, conduct internal audits, and drive continuous improvement. Manage scheduling and utilization of personnel to maximize throughput, minimize costs, and maintain high product quality with low rework and scrap. Coordinate with Plant Manager on labor planning, tooling and material requirements, and communicate changes to ensure profitable production and alignment with company goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of supervisory experience or working experience in related role
- Well developed time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a demanding manufacturing environment
- Well developed interpersonal skills to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
- Lean manufacturing experience is an asset
