Production Supervisor (2nd Shift: 4pm - 2:30am Mon-Thurs)

Job Summary

Own shift performance, including safety, quality, throughput, labor efficiency, and waste at the Hazelwood, MO frozen breakfast facility. Lead daily shift startup, execution, and handoff while monitoring run rates, addressing downtime, and enforcing GMP and EHS requirements. Drive adherence to standard work, ensure product quality standards, and partner with Maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Manage front-line employees through coaching, accountability, and clear performance expectations while ensuring proper staffing to meet production targets. Conduct daily communication via shift huddles, provide feedback on results, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate reporting of shift KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally with FSQA, Warehouse, and other groups.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Lean Six Sigma Experience
  • successful completion of a major improvement project
  • Ability to interface effectively with plant personnel, outside contractors, and different functional groups within the business units
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems, finance, statistical process control, and KPI management systems
  • Demonstrated leadership in safety & quality compliance
  • Must be very effective working in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective results
  • Strong influence management and communication skills
  • ability to gain organizational buy-in

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
