Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Oversee production operations to ensure they meet customer requirements and quality standards while maintaining safety protocols and improving operational efficiency. Supervise production staff, analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement, and coordinate resources to support production needs. Provide training for knowledge transfer of production processes and procedures, including in-process and final quality controls. Direct and enforce safety and quality programs, monitor plant equipment systems, and evaluate root causes to implement corrective actions when metrics are not met. Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations.
