Job Summary
Lead employees to safely produce customer products while maintaining safety standards, quality procedures, and productivity across the facility. Organize the workforce to set appropriate staffing levels, manage timekeeping and production reporting, and communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and leadership. Mentor, train, and coach staff to develop readiness for increased responsibility. This role requires flexibility for second and third shift hours.
