Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations of our Advanced Manufacturing Cell focused on aerospace and defense harness production. The role requires a proven leader to ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 standards, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive team development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have substantial hands-on experience with MIL-SPEC connectors and crimping tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or defense cable/harness assembly
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Demonstrated expertise in MIL-SPEC connector systems
- Working knowledge of crimping tools and harness tooling standards
- Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 environments
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification strongly preferred
- Ability to interpret complex wiring diagrams and harness drawings
- Strong communication skills
