Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will lead the stamping production team on 1st shift in Toledo Tool & Die's Maumee facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and disciplined execution of daily production activities. Responsibilities include coaching and evaluating Group Leaders, enforcing safety, quality, and productivity standards, planning work schedules and sequences, coordinating with other supervisors, monitoring production metrics, inspecting materials and equipment for defects, training operators, and interpreting specifications and blueprints. Requires prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, experience with resistance and robotic welding, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work overtime. Location is Maumee, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with high volume resistance welding in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with robotic welding in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays)
- Strong supervisory/leadership ability
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders
